Notes

Hardy pampas grass (Tripidium ravennae) is a grass for screens, borders, and focal points. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil. It grows 72 to 144 inches tall and spreads 48 to 72 inches, so give it plenty of room. Purplish-bronze plumes appear in early to mid autumn.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Spider flower, and Gladiolus.
