Notes
'Hatfieldii' yew (Taxus × media 'Hatfieldii') is a tree for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It is an evergreen, so it keeps its needles all year. It does not flower. It grows 96 to 180 inches tall and 60 to 120 inches wide, so give it room.
Pairs well with Cotoneaster, Peony, Stargazer lily, and Saucer magnolia.
