Notes

'Magadi Series Patented' lobelia (Lobelia erinus 'Magadi Series Patented') is an annual for pollinator gardens, rock gardens, and accents. Cool weather suits it, and it can take a light frost. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms from early to late spring and draws butterflies and bees. The upright plants are drought tolerant. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Impatiens, Concha ceanothus, and Citronella grass.
