Notes
'Magma' coral bells (Heuchera 'Magma') is a perennial. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun. The big, lobed leaves change from bright pink and purple to red as they mature. Airy spires of pink and white flowers rise in summer and attract hummingbirds and bees. The semi-evergreen to evergreen leaves keep the mound colorful for much of the year.
Pairs well with September Charm anemone, Blue fescue, and Pink Impression tulip.
