Notes

'Mandarina' lemon balm (Melissa officinalis 'Mandarina') is an herb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil of most types. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. It forms a mounding clump with an orange citrus aroma. Butterflies and bees visit the white and orange blooms.

Pairs well with Lime basil, Virginia strawberry, and Coral Supreme peony.
