Notes

'Marmalade' coral bells (Heuchera 'Marmalade') is a perennial for borders, containers, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. The shiny, wavy leaves range from umber to deep sienna with hot pink undersides, and narrow spires of red-brown flowers attract hummingbirds and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It does best with some shade in the afternoon.

Pairs well with Minuteman hosta, Cinnamon fern, Blue fescue, and Queen of Night tulip.
