Notes
'Meschick' American holly (Ilex aquipernyi 'Meschick') is an evergreen shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It can grow 120 to 240 inches tall and 48 to 72 inches wide, so give it plenty of room. White flowers open in late spring.
Pairs well with Cotoneaster, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Queen of Night tulip.
