Notes

'Midnight' dotleaf waterlily (Nymphaea 'Midnight') is a perennial for containers and low maintenance water gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and moist, loamy or clay soil. The fragrant flowers attract bees, and the plant can spread 47 to 71 inches wide.

Pairs well with Cleopatra canna, Frozen Queen calla lily, and Hawaii dahlia.
