Notes
River ifafa lily (Cyrtanthus brachyscyphus) is a bulb for containers, borders, and pots on a patio. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and moist soil. Long, tubular, fiery red flowers open in clusters above strap-like leaves. The bulbs bulk up quickly, so flowers can appear for months. Plant each bulb with its neck sticking out of the soil.
Pairs well with Labyrinth dahlia, False shamrock, and Lemongrass.
