Rosemary lenten rose

Notes

'Rosemary' Lenten rose (Helleborus 'Rosemary') is a perennial with pink flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun. The outward facing flowers open clear pink with lighter centers and veining, then deepen to salmon pink as they age. It sits low on the menu for deer. The plants are sterile, so they bloom for a long time.

Pairs well with Autumn fern, Rozanne crane's-bill, and Avens.
