Notes

'Solstice' corn (Zea mays 'Solstice') is a vegetable for the food garden and as an accent. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and stands erect. Bees visit it, and it has disease resistance to Northern Corn Leaf Blight.

Pairs well with Saladin cucumber, Margold tomato, and Pesto Perpetuo basil.
