Notes

'Sommerschnee' triple-veined pearly everlasting (Anaphalis triplinervis 'Sommerschnee') is a perennial for borders, low maintenance gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms from early to late summer and again in autumn, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers. Deer tend to pass it by. Plants spread 12 to 24 inches wide.

Pairs well with Dr. Alexander Fleming peony, Sedge, Carlton daffodil, and Shrub rose.
