Notes
'Space' spinach (Spinacia oleracea 'Space') is a vegetable for container gardens and food gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. It ranks among the more cold-hardy crops, and with some winter protection it keeps growing through light freezes. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. Plants are ready in 25 days, so you can harvest quickly.
Pairs well with Bauer lettuce, Early Wonder Tall Top beet, and Peione parsley.
