Notes

'Stella Maris' lily (Lilium 'Stella Maris') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant, dark tomato red flowers have light spots. Each stem carries 10 to 20 flowers from early to late summer. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Angel Cheeks peony.
