Notes

'Sulphur Queen' Peruvian daffodil (Ismene spofforthiae 'Sulphur Queen') is a bulb for borders, containers, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. Its pale yellow, sweetly fragrant flowers open in early to late summer. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Plant it in a protected spot, or grow it in a pot and bring it indoors for winter.

Pairs well with Mexican petunia, Lemongrass, Labyrinth dahlia, and Purple Coneflower coneflower.
