Notes

Sweetscent (Pluchea odorata) is an annual for low maintenance gardens. This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet soil of most types. Pink-lavender flower heads form flat-topped clusters in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Bees and butterflies visit them, and the leaves carry a faint camphor scent. It sits low on the menu for deer. The plant reseeds readily in moist conditions.

Pairs well with Lemon Grass lemongrass, Wax myrtle, and Mondo grass.
