Notes
'Tift 8' 8 elephant grass (Pennisetum 'Tift 8') is a grass for use in an annual bed. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows 48 to 96 inches tall and 24 to 36 inches wide. Give it room to reach its full size. Plan the spot so the tall stems do not shade smaller plants.
Pairs well with Labyrinth dahlia, Gerbera daisy, and Bitter ginger.
