Notes

Trailing watermelon begonia (Procris repens) is a perennial for containers, ground cover, and low maintenance spots. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun or part shade and average to moist soil of most types. It stays low at 3 to 6 inches tall and spreads 12 to 24 inches. The evergreen leaves give you color all year.

Pairs well with Sedge, Sorrel, and Grape ivy.
