Variegata echeveria

Notes

'Variegata' echeveria (Echeveria desmetiana 'Variegata') is a succulent for containers, rock gardens, and houseplant collections. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and dry soil. It forms pale blue rosettes with broad ivory white edges. Bright light or a little stress brings out its richest colors, and red flowers open in summer.

Pairs well with Coppertone stonecrop, Siskiyou Pink gaura, and Shenandoah switchgrass.
