Notes
White brodiaea (Triteleia hyacinthina) is a perennial for borders, low maintenance gardens, and xeriscapes. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Bowl-shaped white flowers form an umbel on a stem above long, narrow, grass-like leaves. Butterflies visit the blooms, and the plant is drought tolerant.
Pairs well with Small camas, Idaho fescue, and Alpine hair grass.
