Notes

'Yellow River' freesia (Freesia 'Yellow River') is a bulb for cut flowers and specimen use. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant flowers open from early to late summer. They are mimosa yellow, with lemon yellow veined tubes outside. R.A. Goemans bred it.

Pairs well with Great Silence dahlia, Chinese ground orchid, and Lemon grass.
