Notes

Alpine rock cress (Arabis alpina) is a perennial for pollinator gardens, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. White, fragrant flowers open in spring and again in summer, and they draw butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. The leaves stay evergreen.

Pairs well with Rock cress, Perennial candytuft, and Pink Giant glory of the snow.
