'Anaconda' orchid cactus (Epiphyllum 'Anaconda') is a succulent for containers, patios, and houseplant display. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun. The large flowers have broad lavender-magenta inner petals with hot red stripes and bright red outer petals. It blooms in spring, summer, and autumn.
Pairs well with Goldfish plant, Harlequin pothos, Paintbrush, and Prince of Orange philodendron.
