Notes

'Andes' freesia (Freesia 'Andes') is a bulb for cut flowers and specimen use. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant, semi-double flowers open in early to late summer. Their insides are edged amaranth rose and change to mimosa yellow in the throat.

Pairs well with Apple Blossom amaryllis, Great Silence dahlia, and Cyclamen.
