Notes

Arum (Arum palaestinum) is a bulb for borders, rock gardens, and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It flowers in early to late spring, and the spathe is greenish outside and dark purple inside. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Leaves appear in spring.

Pairs well with Society garlic, Mondo grass, and Wallflower.
