Notes

'Ascot' daffodil (Narcissus 'Ascot') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant flowers are light greenish yellow with yellow-orange cups edged in pinkish orange. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Curly Fries hosta, Bowl of Beauty peony, and Prairie dropseed.
