'Aurea' Alaska cedar (Callitropsis nootkatensis 'Aurea') is an evergreen tree for low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows about 30 to 50 feet tall and 8 to 15 feet wide. It does not flower, so you can enjoy it for its year-round foliage.
