Notes

'Bayard' daffodil (Narcissus 'Bayard') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The yellow flowers are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. J.L. Richardson bred it.

Pairs well with Carnaval De Nice tulip, Lamb’s ear, Blue fescue, and Bowl of Beauty peony.
