Notes

Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is a fruit tree for fragrant flowers, container growing, and homemade marmalade. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun. The fruit looks like an orange in shape but is green or yellow like a lemon. It is grown for its sweet, fragrant juice and marmalade, and the peel flavors Earl Grey tea.

Pairs well with Lemon Queen sunflower, Northwind switchgrass, and High-bush blueberry.
