'Blacklist' lily (Lilium 'Blacklist') is a bulb with burgundy-black flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and moist soil. The upward-facing petals have a satin finish and showy orange stamens. Plant three or more bulbs together, and they bulk up quickly into large clumps. Bees visit the summer blooms, and you can remove seed pods after flowering to help the bulb.
Pairs well with Paradigm hosta, Canada wild rye, and Bush honeysuckle.
