Blue moor grass (Sesleria caerulea) is a grass for borders, rock gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. It forms an arching, evergreen clump of blue and green leaves that stays 6 to 12 inches tall.
