Notes
Brass buttons (Leptinella squalida) is a perennial for containers, low maintenance beds, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It spreads 24 to 36 inches wide, so give it room to fill in. The plant is listed with blooms in every season, and it grows well in either acid, neutral, or alkaline soil.
Pairs well with Grape hyacinth, Pink Impression tulip, and Burnet.
