Notes

'Bravado' coneflower (Echinacea 'Bravado') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Rose pink petals surround an orange cone from early to late summer. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit the blooms, and the flowers are fragrant. It sits low on the menu for deer.

Pairs well with Standing Ovation little bluestem, Nodding onion, and Sedge.
