Notes

'Cafe au Lait' dahlia (Dahlia 'Cafe au Lait') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows about 35 to 47 inches tall and bears large, romantic blooms from summer into autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Keep it away from dogs and cats, since it is toxic to them.

Pairs well with Lamb’s ear, Purple top, and Blue Angel hosta.
