Notes

'Captain Tricolore' lily (Lilium 'Captain Tricolore') is a bulb for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The large, outward facing flowers are white, pink, and yellow with a sweet, spicy fragrance. Plant bulbs in groups of 3 to 5 for the best show. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Black Hero tulip, Golden Tiara hosta, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
