Notes
'Catwalk Queen' nepeta (Nepeta 'Catwalk Queen') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and dry sunny spots. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry soil. The large blue flowers open nearly from the ground up and bloom in spring and again in summer. It forms a tidy clump that will not spread, and the leaves are aromatic. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the blooms.
Pairs well with Autumn Fire sedum, Purple lovegrass, and Bear grass.
