Notes

Clustered poppy-mallow (Callirhoe triangulata) is a perennial for meadow gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). The plant grows up to 24 inches tall. It blooms in white, red, and purple flowers in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. In the wild it grows in sand prairies, sand hills, and sandy alluvium near streams, so a sandy spot suits it.

Pairs well with Wild bergamot, Big bluestem, and Sunflower.
