Notes

Creamcups (Platystemon californicus) is an annual for borders, ground cover, and low maintenance gardens. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It grows about 12 inches tall and blooms in early to late spring. Each stem is topped with one small, bowl-shaped flower in cream, white, or yellow. The soft-haired plant is drought tolerant and fragrant, and butterflies visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Baby blue eyes, California poppy, Purple owl's clover, and Ookow.
