Notes

Curry plant (Helichrysum italicum) is an herb for borders, containers, and xeriscape gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry, loamy or chalky soil. It stays evergreen and has fragrant foliage, so it adds texture all year. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and spreads 24 to 36 inches wide. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Lavender cotton, Creeping thyme, and Hidcote lavender.
