Notes

'Delaware' canna (Canna 'Delaware') is a bulb for borders, containers, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy or clay soil. Reddish orange petals and deep coral staminodes bloom from early to late summer and again in autumn. Hummingbirds visit the flowers. R.J. Armstrong bred it.

Pairs well with Virginia sweetspire, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Autumn fern.
