'Dixter Orange' arctic daisy (Chrysanthemum 'Dixter Orange') is a perennial. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun. Double orange pom-pom flowers bloom from midsummer into fall on strong stems, and bees visit them late in the season. Christopher Lloyd bred it. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Avens, and Woodruff.
