Notes

'Matchsticks' arctic daisy (Chrysanthemum 'Matchsticks') is a perennial for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The yellow blooms have red tipped petals and appear in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first.

Pairs well with Balloon flower, Green Velvet buxus, and Queen of Night tulip.
