Notes

'Crimson Tide' arctic daisy (Chrysanthemum 'Crimson Tide') is a perennial for borders, mass plantings, and cutting gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun. The double red flowers have pale copper undersides and bloom in summer and again in autumn, and bees visit them. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Cut it back to 3-4 inches in late fall after it blooms.

Pairs well with Totally Tangerine dahlia, Poppy, and Lemon verbena.
