Notes

'Double Zahara Fire' zinnia (Zinnia marylandica 'Double Zahara Fire') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. Give it full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The red and orange blooms open from early to late summer and again in autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. It also tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Spider flower, Snapdragon, and First Knight fountain grass.
