Notes
Douglas meadowfoam (Limnanthes douglasii) is an annual for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows about 12 inches tall and wide. The bell-shaped flowers usually have a yellow center with a white rim, or they are all yellow. They bloom on slender stalks, and butterflies and bees visit them.
Pairs well with Sensation cosmos, Emerald Pink moss phlox, and Red fescue.
