Notes

'Emerald Pink' moss phlox (Phlox subulata 'Emerald Pink') is a perennial for rock gardens, ground cover, borders, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Pink flowers cover the low mat from early to late spring. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Cerise Queen yarrow, Red fescue, and Shrubby cinquefoil.
