Garden uses

Notes

'Elegance' freesia (Freesia 'Elegance') is a bulb for cut flowers and specimen use. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Its fragrant white flowers open from early to late summer. Each bloom has a yellow center and a chartreuse green tube on the outside.

Pairs well with Cyclamen, Tuscan Blue rosemary, and Vetiver.
