Notes

'Elf' sedum (Sedum 'Elf') is a succulent for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil of most types. It stays evergreen and handles drought and salt. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit it. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Prickly-pear, Big bluestem, and Panicle hydrangea.
