Notes

Fairy iris (Dietes grandiflora) is a perennial for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms from early to late summer. The evergreen leaves keep the plant tidy all year, and it tolerates drought once settled in. Plants reach about 35 to 47 inches tall.

Pairs well with Silver carpet, Thrift, and Hidcote lavender.
