Notes
'Fascination' birch (Betula 'Fascination') is a tree for specimen planting, accent, winter interest, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Give it room to grow, since it can reach 20 to 40 feet tall. Deer tend to browse other plants first. The bark adds interest in the winter garden.
Pairs well with Kentucky coffeetree, Spicebush, and Ostrich fern.
